Tom Barnes has previously worked for Nottingham Lakeside Arts, Nottingham Contemporary and the Wirksworth Festival as a Project Coordinator and Producer. He currently is Joint Artistic Director and Executive Director of 2Magpies Theatre.
Charlotte was selected to take part in a Clore Emerging Leaders course in 2016 and Tom has been selected to participate in the same course in 2018.
Charlotte & Tom are a dynamic team who are relishing the opportunity to take Lyth Arts Centre forward into the next stage of its existence following the retirement of William Wilson last year.
‘Lyth Arts Centre is a much-loved space in the Highlands and it’s a huge honour for us both to take over as co-directors there later this year. William Wilson leaves an extraordinary legacy and we’re incredibly excited to build on this vision. We look forward to working with team, board and community to create and develop an innovative and dynamic programme for Lyth’
